DEKA & KAL Affiliation

We will be introducing DEKA classes from 28th April 2025, at Batley Sports & Tennis Centre, Spen Valley Leisure Centre, Colne Valley Leisure Centre & Huddersfield Leisure Centre. With plans to host DEKA fitness competitions later this year!

DEKA is a hybrid (strength and cardio) style of training and competing, which builds a community of like-minded athletic people, looking to challenge themselves both within their workouts and races.  Our aim is to further diversify our offering and create a community of people training for the same or similar events.
