About Fitness for Work
KAL is working in partnership with several Kirklees organisations to help people the local area become more economically active and prevent them from falling out of work due to ill health.
The Fitness for Work scheme is free of cost, and in addition to the weekly physical activity studio and gym sessions, individuals on the scheme will get access to a full KAL membership including KAL’s Health and Wellbeing classes, and be individually supported throughout. To further support the wellbeing and social cohesion of the Fitness for Work groups, KAL will be running regular, social activity sessions. These sessions will vary in location and aim to be fun and engaging.
