*12 Payment Contract Memberships - You are required to make 12 Full Direct Debit Payments to fulfil your minimum contract period and the full cost is detailed below. After you have made the 12 payments your membership continues on a monthly basis until you request cancellation by giving 30 days written notice.

*Additional Payments
Additional payments required may include a joining fee and variable Pro-Rata payment payment made at the time of joining. You are required to make 12 Full Direct Debit payments to fulfill your minuimim contract term.
*The Pro-Rata payment is made when you first join and is a variable payment that covers your membership fees from the day you join until your first Direct Debit.
Cancellation Details
Contract
After your 14 day colling off period has lapsed, you are required to make a minimum of 12 full Direct Debit payments. Once you have fulfilled your minimum 12 payments your membership will continue on monthly rolling membersip until you wish to cancel by giving 30 days written notice.
Monthly
You are required to make your first payment thereafter 30 days written notice is required to cancel.
Annual
No refund given on annual memberships. Your membership will be automatically cancel after 12 months if not renewed.

If you are joining on offer please make sure you read the Offer Terms & Conditions. In return for benefiting from a discounted rate you are required to make a minimum of 12 full Direct Debit payments.
Please note, your Pro-Rata payment made at the time of joining does not count towards your contractual payments. You are required to make 12 full Direct Debit payments.
Booking guidelines
Please take the time to read our Booking Guidelines. Members who book and do not attend 5 or more sessions in a month are subject to a 30 day advance booking ban.

Flexi Card
If you only want to use a KAL centre for playing sports (Badminton, Squash etc) or are only an occasional user then you can take out a Flexi card and get 20% off selected activities . If you are looking to swim, take part in classes or use the gym more than twice a week then a membership may work out more cost effective.
All pre paid bookings are none refundable or changeable.
