What is the offer?
KAL& Uni of Huddersfield is offering new members the opportunity to sign up to a KAL/Uni membership and pay £5 to join for their first payment, This includes joining fee & pro rata. This offer is for students/staff of the University of Huddersfield only.

How long is the offer valid for?
The offer will run from 8th September – 31st October 25

Which Memberships is this relevant to?
Available on Full 9-payment contract memberships only. This offer excludes all other memberships.

How many payments must be made before I can cancel?
Members must complete 9 full Direct Debit payments before a cancellation request can be made. Once you have made the 9 full payments to cancel you must email contact.centre@kal.org.uk giving 30 days’ notice. Do not cancel your Direct Debit as this will incur further charges.

Do discounted or free payments count towards the 9 contractual payments?
Discounted or free payments do not count towards the 9 contractual payments. Your first contractual period will be your first Direct Debit payment.

Does the initial joining payment count towards the 9 contractual payments?
The initial payment made at the time of joining does not count towards the 9 contractual payments.

Who qualifies for this offer?
To join on a Hudd Uni discounted membership, you must email your valid Huddersfield Of Uni ID card to contact.centre@kal.org.uk within 7 days of joining.

To qualify for this, offer your ID card must have a minimum expiry date to cover the 9 Direct Debit payments required. If you choose to freeze during this period and your ID does not cover the extended period, then you will be required to pay the KAL standard membership rate to fulfil the remainer of your contract period.

If you join on this discounted rate and your ID does not cover the minimum contract period then your membership will be cancelled, and you will be required to join on a monthly membership.

Can this offer be used alongside any other promotion or discount?
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
