On a contract membership how many payments must be made before I can cancel?
Members must complete 12 full Direct Debit payments before a cancellation request can be made. Once you have made the 12 full payments to cancel you must email contact.centre@kal.org.uk giving 30 days’ notice. Do not cancel your Direct Debit as this will incur further charges.

Do discounted or free payments count towards the 12 contractual payments?
Discounted or free payments do not count towards the 12 contractual payments. For example, if you join on an offer where your first two Direct Debit payments are discounted to £10, your first contractual payment will not begin until your first full Direct Debit payment has been made. Any discounted period is only valid tor the months immediately after joining they cannot be carried on if you choose to freeze.

Does the initial joining payment count towards the 12 contractual payments?
The initial payment made at the time of joining by card does not count towards the 12 contractual payments.

Who is this offer for?
Any offer is only available to new customers only. For the purpose of this offer, a new customer is defined as someone who did not have an active membership in the last 6 months. This offer is not available to any individual who has previously held a membership with KAL and has been sent to debt collection or issued a chargeback.

Can this offer be used alongside any other promotion or discount?
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
