What is the offer?
Offer relates to no joining fee when joining on any KAL memberships without a discount already applied. Pro rata and monthly dues (if applicable) will need paying at time of joining.
How long is the offer valid for?
Applies to new membership sign-ups from 22nd December – 3rd February 2026.
Which Memberships is this relevant to?
This offer is available on all full price memberships. For example, this offer excludes any memberships with a discount already applied.
How many payments must be made before I can cancel?
Monthly memberships must complete 1 full Direct Debit payment before a cancellation request can be made. Once you have made the 1 full Direct Debit payment, you can put in a cancellation request. 12 Payment contracts must make 12 full Direct Debit payments before a cancellation request can be made. Any discounted / free period cannot be carried over and can only be used in the month you join. Ie if you join and then want to freeze your membership.
You must email contact.centre@kal.org.uk giving 30 days’ notice. You must not cancel your Direct Debit as this will incur further charges.
Do discounted or free payments count towards the 12 contractual payments?
Any discounted/free payment does not count towards your contractual payment.
Any discounted period is only valid for the months immediately after joining they cannot be carried on if you choose to freeze.
Does the initial joining payment count towards the 12 contractual payments?
Your initial payment made at the time of joining does not count towards your contractual payments.
Who is this offer for?
This offer is available to new customers only. For the purpose of this offer, a new customer is defined as someone who did not have an active membership as of 16th August 2025. This offer is not available to any individual who has previously held a membership with KAL and has been sent to debt collection or issued a chargeback.
Can this offer be used alongside any other promotion or discount?
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
