When and where is the Recruitment event?
  • What sort of roles and opportunities are there?
With over 6000 children attending KAL Swimming Lessons each week we need a large team who have the right skills and qualifications.
 
We’re currently recruiting for-

What can I expect on the day?
 
On the day, please report to Reception any time between 16:00 and 18:30, if you are interested in completing a swim test (that covers areas required for the NPLQ course and Aquatic positions) please book onto the swim test at 16:00 and remember to bring your swim kit- including a T Shirt, Shorts, Swim Trunks/Costume, Towel and £1 for a locker (please note places are limited).
 
Applicants can expect to be on site for up to 1 hour. You’ll get to chat with one of our team and ask any questions, we will be asking you a few too to find out your skills.  Don’t forget your CV!
