Slaithwaite Duck Race Competition – Terms & Conditions

    1. This offer is available to new customers only. For the purpose of this promotion, a new customer is defined as an individual who has not held an active membership within the previous three months. This offer is not available to any individual who has previously held a membership with KAL and has been referred to debt collection or has initiated a chargeback.
    2. Entry to the competition is available during the Slaithwaite Duck Race event on 13 June 2026.
    3. The prize consists of one month’s complimentary membership at Huddersfield Leisure Centre.
    4. The complimentary membership will commence on 14 June 2026 and expire on 13 July 2026.
    5. The complimentary membership is available only to the individual who entered the competition and is non-transferable.
    6. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or offer.
    7. Entrants and winners must be aged 18 years or over.
    8. The prize has no cash alternative and is non-transferable.
    9. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.
    10. The winner will be notified using the contact details provided at the time of entry within 7 days of the competition closing. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, KAL reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
