As a KAL Swim parent, you can track your child’s weekly progress through their entire swimming journey.

KAL swimming instructors assess each child weekly against the specific outcomes for their swimming ability level and update their progress.

The KAL Swim online progress tracker also allows you to manage passwords and online payments, as well as track progression movements and lesson history. You will also be notified when your child has achieved their next award!

KAL have an internal training & development programme for the Aquatics team, to allow them to become a Swim England level 2 swimming teacher.

Instructors attend regular, accredited training to ensure best practice is followed and delivered. All KAL swim instructors are DBS approved and undergo regular observations to ensure high standards and that a good quality lesson is being delivered. KAL also invest in their staff to ensure they are trained in additional skills, such as child development for pre-school, coaching qualifications, Water Polo, Aqua Fun and Lifeguard training.

Following the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme, a leading national teaching syllabus for delivering safe, inclusive and effective swimming lessons, your child will receive a bright free badge and certificate every time they pass a stage!
