Please note:- The Fair Price guarantee has been discontinued and does not apply to any memberships that joined on or after 9th October 2023.
The ‘Fair Price Forever’ offer relates to Fitness members remaining on the original standard membership price that applied at the time they joined KAL.
Any initial promotional periods or subsequent discounts are excluded from the “Fair Price” . Your membership price will remain at the standard monthly rate for your chosen membership type at the time of joining.
Please note that “Fair Price” does not include any additional discounts that may have been applied over the years through renewal incentives or joining offers, for example “12 months for the price of 11” or percentage discount promotions.
You must also maintain an active KAL Fitness membership. If you cancel your membership, allow it to expire, or re-join at a later date, you will be treated as a new member and will therefore be subject to the prevailing membership price for your chosen membership type at the time of re-joining.
The “Fair Price” applies to your existing membership type only. If you amend your membership (upgrade or downgrade), your monthly membership fee will change to the prevailing price at the time the amendment is made.
If you no longer qualify for your current membership type, i.e. Joint / Student / Corporate rate, then you will lose your current ‘Fair Price’ and you will be moved to the current prevailing price for your chosen membership type.
If you change your membership ie upgrade / downgrade you will no longer qualify for the this guarantee. If your account goes into debt and is cancelled you will lose this guarantee.
KAL has the right to request eligibility of any discounted memberships, e.g. Corporate and Student. Should valid ID not be provided you will not be eligible for the discount and be subject to standard membership prices .
Any goodwill, special offers or free months given, etc are excluded from the “Fair Price”
